The NK300CX bus control system is a new generation of CNC products from Weihong Co., Ltd., which is different from the traditional pulse sequence control system. The axis servo unit is connected and communicated, and the axis can be expanded by cascading to support up to 8 axes.

As you can see from the figure above, the bus system greatly simplifies the wiring of the pulse system. The connection of the entire system is very simple, which greatly saves the cost and time of wiring, which reduces the cost and maintenance difficulty, and improves reliability and flexibility.
The system provides 28 groups of Direct Input and 8 groups of Output. The cascade terminal board EX31A1 (10 groups of Direct I / O) is used to expand I / O ports, which can expand up to 7 blocks. The operation unit adopts a high-resolution 24-bit color 10.4-inch LCD display. The user’s machine operation can also be performed on the operation panel.
M2 bus protocol transmission rate is 10Mbps, and all axes are fully synchronized under communication. At the same time, the system supports traditional analog and pulse-type spindles, which can provide customers with various economical spindle selection solutions.

In order to meet the different needs of customers for accuracy in processing, the processing accuracy is set by corresponding parameters. The bus-type system generates control pulses by the driver, which avoids the limitation of the frequency bottleneck of the pulse sent by the controller. It gives full play to the resolution capability of the shaft encoder and greatly improves the control accuracy and speed of the shaft.
Automatic tuning
The host computer sets the tuning parameters, and through the tuning instructions, the servo motor runs automatically according to a certain motion strategy. During the operation, the drive’s inertia ratio, speed loop gain, position loop gain, filter, and friction compensation are adjusted according to mechanical characteristics , Vibration suppression and other parameters, so that the driver has appropriate rigidity.
Real-time data interaction
Under the Mechatrolink-Ⅱ communication protocol, the system can obtain the current system position, speed, torque, and input and output status information in real time. Based on this, it can make reasonable decisions and complete flexible and high-precision motion control.
